Having led projects ranging from premium single-dwelling homes to $350 million residential developments, James understands that successful projects are the product of early programme, risk, budget and design planning.

Throughout his career, James recognised that while major developments benefit from dedicated project management, private owners are often left to navigate in most cases their largest financial investments without independent professional guidance.
